Hi, I'm Kayleigh, I have worked within residential settings since 2019. 

I started my career in the RAF and then went on to work in SEN schools where I realised early on, that i wanted to help young people with more than within a school. After I had finished my diploma in specialist support for teaching and learning in schools, I decided to go on to complete my Foundation degree and work in residential settings. 

I enjoy building relationships with Children and Young People, and I think that it is important to create a calm, nurturing and safe environment to enable them to be their best and to allow them to build positive relationships. I love going for beach walks and am interested and passionate about crystals and healing.
