Hi, I’m Amber and I have been working with children since 2017. I began my career in education as a Teaching Assistant providing 1-1 support for children with special educational needs and disabilities. I have also worked within the adult care sector, gaining valuable experience in delivering person-centered support, but ultimately found that my passion lies in working with children. Supporting young people to grow, heal and thrive is something I care deeply about. I strongly believe that with the right nurturing, consistency and a safe environment every child has the potential to flourish no matter what their starting point or the challenges they have faced in life.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time outdoors, listening to music and playing board games, activities you will often find me encouraging the children to get involved with too. I’m proud to be part of the team here at Ireleth House and I’m committed to ensuring that both my team and I provide the highest level of care and the best possible opportunities for the young people we support.
