As one of the Team Leaders at North West Child Care. I have a bachelor’s degree in childhood and Youth Studies & Criminology and have been supporting children and young people in care since I graduated in 2019. I have attained a BTEC L3 Diploma Residential Child Care, Level 5 Qualification in Leadership and Management and I am qualified in PBS Coaching in Practice which has given me the knowledge to educate the teams across North West Childcare on how to create a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for children and young people to excel. 

I am proud to be part of a team which creates opportunities to help children build confidence, develop life skills, and look forward to brighter futures. As a team, we strive to create new and exciting experiences for the children and young people from paddle boarding to canoeing to horse riding - we promote it all and enjoy doing it alongside you.
