My name is Sophie, I have worked in residential childcare since 2016, first in larger settings supporting children with special educational needs and emotional and behavioral difficulties and later in smaller residential children’s homes. In that time, I have attained a level 4 Diploma in residential childcare and a Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management.

I support the Registered Managers ensuring that our homes maintain the highest standards of care and work closely with our teams to provide a consistent approach, support in their professional development, and ensure that every child receives personalised care tailored to their individual needs.

I believe in leading with care and respect, encouraging the team and the children to build confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging. I am very passionate and strive every day to make a lasting difference in children’s lives.
