I have worked at all levels within the care home settings, successfully progressing to Registered Manager in residential children’s homes, supporting young people displaying SEBD behaviours.  Following on from this, my career path changed direction to become Business Development Manager. I have successfully completed my Level 3 Diploma in Caring for Children and young people, and I also have level 5 in Leadership and Management, Safer Recruitment and Designated Safeguard Lead qualifications.  

I enjoy making a positive difference in young people’s lives. I feel working with young people is incredibly rewarding as no two days are ever the same. I also enjoy meeting and working with new people from different backgrounds, developing my skills and abilities to improve the lives of the children that I have supported.

I am passionate about the work that I do, my skills and experience allow me to offer the best possible support to the Northwest Child Care team. I am passionate about making a positive difference in young people's lives, contributing and enabling them to reach their future goals.
