My name is Tracy, and I have worked in the care industry since the beginning of 2003. In this time, I have covered and supported many different roles in the industry, and I am currently a Team Leader at Buttermere House, which I absolutely love.

I am very committed and passionate about my work, and I always treat the Children Young People in my care as if they are my own and try to make each shift and fun and consistent as possible. I always focus on helping our Children and Young people make memories that they will remember in the years to come, and that last a lifetime. I always try to instil good values and decision making and to be the best role model I can be for the outcomes of our children.
