I’m Ben and I am a Team Leader at Ireleth House and have been with Northwest Childcare from its’ inception. I’ve worked in the industry for around 10 years, starting off as a teaching assistant in an SEND school, moving on to care when my own children got older. Before getting into the industry I used to manage bars, pubs and retail. I believe that Northwest Childcare has the ability to help young people and provide them with the tools to go on to lead a more productive, enjoyable life and I am glad to be a part of that.
